Source notes: Delhi Police Head Constable (Ministerial) Typing Test Online

Documents and practice limits

Last checked 2026-07-16. SSC's Delhi Police Head Constable (Ministerial) 2025 notice describes a 10-minute typing test: minimum 30 WPM English or 25 WPM Hindi, with a printed passage of at least 400 English words / 2000 strokes or 350 Hindi words / 1750 strokes. The notice deducts one word for each mistake and awards typing marks by speed bands. This browser profile uses whole-mistake counting and one-word-per-mistake practice net speed; it does not reproduce the official 25-mark bands or the separate computer-formatting test.
