Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when we do and do not refund payments for Sarkari Exam Typing, operated by Nitin Mathuria, Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan, India.
1. Digital product, immediate delivery
We sell time-limited access to digital practice content. Access is delivered immediately once payment is confirmed. Because of this immediate delivery, subscriptions are non-refundable once access has been activated. We provide a set of free tests so you can try the Platform before you buy.
2. When we do refund
We will review and, where appropriate, refund in these cases:
- Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same order.
- Failed delivery: your payment succeeded but access was not granted and we cannot resolve it for you.
- Wrong charge: a verified billing error on our side.
- Any refund required by applicable Indian consumer law or by a valid dispute/chargeback outcome.
3. When we do not refund
- Change of mind after access has been activated.
- Not using the subscription during its validity period.
- Not qualifying in an actual government exam.
- Issues caused by your own device, internet, or incorrect keyboard/font setup, where the service otherwise works.
- Termination of access due to breach of our Terms.
4. Cancellation and renewal
Plans are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew, so there is nothing to cancel to stop future charges — no card is stored for automatic billing. You can stop using the service at any time. Ending use does not refund the current active period.
5. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from your registered email within 7 days of the charge, with your order id and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through the payment provider used for your purchase (currently Cosmofeed), usually within 5–10 business days, subject to your bank's timelines.
6. Grievances
If you are not satisfied with our decision, contact our Grievance Officer, Nitin Mathuria, at [email protected]. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Indian law.
