2. Why exam names appear on this site

The names of examinations, boards, and authorities are used only to describe the kind of typing test being practised, so that a candidate can find the relevant practice content. This is a plain, descriptive reference and nothing more. It does not indicate any partnership, sponsorship, or official status. All such names, marks, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

3. No use of government logos or emblems

Nothing on this Platform should be read as an official communication, notification, application portal, or certificate.

4. Educational simulation only

The Platform provides practice and simulated typing tests. Passages, timers, keyboard layouts, speed calculations, mistake counting, and pass/fail results are our own best interpretation of publicly available information and are designed only to resemble real exam conditions. They may differ from the official examination, which may use different software, fonts, hardware, formulas, and rules. Always verify dates, eligibility, syllabus, and typing requirements from the official notification of the concerned authority. Use of the Platform does not guarantee any typing speed, marks, selection, appointment, or result.

5. No misleading association

We make no claim that this Platform is official, or that its scoring is adopted, certified, or approved by any authority. Any resemblance to an official interface, scoring convention, or typing requirement is for educational practice only. This disclaimer is not intended to defeat any valid trademark, copyright, or other lawful right of any party.

6. Intellectual property

Our own software, source code, the compiled Windows application, scoring logic, original practice passages, design, and branding are protected by law and belong to us or our licensors. General mathematical methods and publicly known exam information are not claimed as exclusive merely because they are used within the Platform.

7. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for official exam changes or cancellations, outdated third-party information, internet or device failures, or any employment, examination, or financial decision made by a user. Nothing here excludes any liability or consumer right that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

8. Rights-holder notice and grievances

If you are a rights holder or authority and believe any content should be corrected or removed, or if you have any grievance, contact our Grievance Officer, Nitin Mathuria, at [email protected]. We will review genuine notices promptly.
