About Sarkari Exam Typing
Sarkari Exam Typing is a website and Windows app for people preparing for government typing exams. Nitin Mathuria is its founder and owner. He works with a small team on the practice content, software and support.
What you can practise
Choose an exam to load its practice time limit, speed target and editing-key settings. When you finish, the result shows your speed and marks the mistakes in your text. You can also use the lessons to learn a keyboard layout.
Practice is available in English, Hindi, Marathi and Punjabi. Hindi has three layout options: Mangal InScript, Remington GAIL and Kruti Dev 010. Choose the layout named in your exam notice.
Where the exam information comes from
We use official recruitment notices and typing-test instructions where we can find them. Our source notes list the documents, the details checked and any gaps. Some settings are practice assumptions because the available notice does not explain them.
A page's update date does not mean every rule has been checked for a new recruitment cycle. Read the source note for the document and details it covers, and use your current official notice for the rules that apply to you.
Who runs this site
We are not affiliated with SSC, RRB, any court, government department or exam vendor. A result here tells you how you did in a practice test. It does not establish whether you have qualified in an official exam.
