How does an institute pay, and do you provide an invoice?

By UPI, NEFT or IMPS to our bank account against a proforma invoice, in advance for the first order. A numbered bill of supply with our PAN is issued on payment. We are an individual seller not registered under GST, so no GST is charged separately and no GST credit is available on the bill.

Is there a trial before the institute pays?

Yes. Ten students get full access free for thirty days, with no payment details and no invoice. At the end of the trial you decide whether to buy seats.

What happens when the twelve months end?

Seats simply stop opening new paid tests. Nothing renews automatically and no payment details are stored. Past results stay readable and you can renew for the next batch whenever you choose.

Q: Does every student need their own email address?

For seat packs, yes. Each student signs in with their own email so their speed, accuracy and mistake history stay separate and you can see per-student progress. If your students do not have email addresses, use the lab licence instead, which is tied to the computer rather than the student.

Lab licence (no student sign-in)

Cheaper, and the usual starting point. The licence is tied to a lab computer and any number of students may practise on it, with nothing to sign in to. Choose this if your students do not have their own email addresses.

How it works

Free trial. Send 10 student email addresses. They get full access for 30 days. No payment details, no invoice, nothing to cancel.
Choose a seat count. Tell us how many students are in the batch. We send a proforma invoice with the rate from the table above.
Pay by UPI or bank transfer. First order is payable in advance. A numbered bill of supply follows on payment.
Send the student list. Email addresses in a list or spreadsheet. Seats are activated the same working day.
Track the batch. Ask for a batch progress summary any time during the term.

Billing and invoices

Payment is by UPI, NEFT or IMPS to our bank account against a proforma invoice. We do not ask institutes to pay through a checkout page.

We are an individual seller not registered under GST, so no GST is charged separately and the bill of supply carries no GST credit. Our PAN is printed on the invoice for your records. If your institute deducts TDS, deduct it as applicable and send the certificate; tell us in advance so the payment is reconciled correctly.
