About this practice test
This page gives you ten-minute Hindi and English typing practice for the High Court of Chhattisgarh Data Entry Operator skill test: 250 Hindi words and 300 English words, 25 marks each. A quarter mark is deducted for each mistake and 10/25 is required in each test.

How the score works
The official skill test gives 25 marks to each language and deducts 0.25 mark for every mistake, with 10/25 required in each. It specifies Ubuntu, LibreOffice and Unicode but no Hindi keyboard layout or correction behavior, so those interface choices remain simulator settings.
Typing tips
Do not stop to fix a word you have already passed. Correction keys behave the way the table above describes, so stopping to fight one word costs you more than the word is worth. Check the result screen afterwards to see what actually went wrong.

Where to start practising for a CG Vyapam skill test
Take the skill-test section of your advertisement and underline the action words. "Type", "format", "enter" and "transcribe" describe different work, and each one deserves its own practice slot.

For numerical entry, try a record such as "Ref 0047; quantity 12; amount 1,250.50" and check the leading zeroes, the comma and the decimal point. For document formatting, reproduce the requested alignment, headings or table in the software named, since a typing-speed result cannot assess a finished document.
