Closing your account cannot be undone. Everything below is deleted or
forfeited immediately and cannot be recovered.
What happens when you close your account
- Your account, login, and all saved data (results, progress, entitlement records) are permanently deleted.
- Any remaining paid validity is forfeited. If you close your account while a plan is still active, you lose the unused time.
- No refund is given for unused validity, price paid, or any amount, on account closure. This is consistent with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- To use paid features again in future, you must create a new account and purchase a plan again.
- Records we are legally required to retain (for example, payment/tax records) may be kept as permitted by law and our Privacy Policy, in de-identified form where possible.
