Keep the notice separate from the practice tool
A recruitment portal gives you two different things on the same page: the official notice, and a typing tool.
Only the first one is authoritative.
The timer and speed target on any practice tool, ours included, is that tool’s own setting. It is not the exam rule.
Read the notice for your post. Then set the practice tool to match it.
If the two disagree, the notice wins.

TypingExam.in lists 11 tests across UP Police, UPSSSC, RRB, SSC and UPPSC, free and with no registration. Useful if your post is one of those.
SSCTypingTest.in has 70 free English tests for SSC CGL, SSC CHSL and RRB NTPC. There is no Hindi practice on it at all.
TypingMonk covers 15+ exam simulations in English and Hindi, free and without a signup.
