How to practise
- Accuracy before speed. Every exam deducts for mistakes, and most deduct more than a slow line costs you. Speed follows accuracy; it does not work the other way round.
- Return to the home row. ASDF and JKL; β fingers go back there after every word, so you are never hunting for the next key.
- Read one word ahead. Your hands type the word your eyes have already left.
- Practise the layout your notification names. Switching between Kruti Dev and InScript a week before the test is how candidates lose speed they already had.
