# RSMSSB LDC Result Is Out — the Typing Test Is Next

RSSB reportedly declared the LDC written result on 28 September 2026. If your roll number cleared it, there's no separate application for what comes next — you go straight to the typing test.

## Check the result, then look at the next date

Confirm your own roll number directly on rssb.rajasthan.gov.in rather than a forwarded PDF or a news aggregator — cutoffs and category-wise lists sometimes get corrected in the days after first reporting. Once you're shortlisted, RSSB calls you for the typing test without a fresh application; watch the same website for your call letter and reporting date.

## How the typing test is actually scored

This isn't a plain words-per-minute count. RSSB's own Phase-II guidelines, dated 12 December 2024, score it per correct word: 0.05 marks for each correct English word and 0.0625 for each correct Hindi word, over a 10-minute passage, capped at 25 marks per language. A 9-mark score is the qualifying line in each language — that works out to 180 correct English words or 144 correct Hindi words.

Scroll the table to read all columns.

| Language | Per correct word | 9-mark threshold | 25-mark cap |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| English | 0.05 marks | 180 words | 500 words |
| Hindi | 0.0625 marks | 144 words | 400 words |

Under this scale, speed on its own doesn't carry the attempt — a fast attempt full of mismatches scores worse than a slower, cleaner one. The full [RSMSSB LDC practice test](https://sarkariexamtyping.com/exams/rsmssb-ldc-typing-test.html) runs this exact scoring model and shows you which words missed the cap after each attempt.

## What the guidelines don't settle

The 12 December 2024 guidelines describe Remington-style key codes for Hindi without naming a specific font, and RSSB issues fresh guidelines each recruitment cycle. This site's practice uses DevLys 010 as its Hindi layout and keeps correction keys enabled throughout — check your own call letter for the confirmed font and editing rules rather than treating these as settled for your cycle.

**Exam Special:** RSMSSB LDC candidates moving into the typing stage get 20% off every plan on Sarkari Exam Typing through 6 October 2026. [See the discounted plans](https://sarkariexamtyping.com/pricing.html).
